Chipitín Canyon
This excursion starts off at Potrero Redondo, a village perched on the Santiago mountain range. It begins with a 20 minute walk to a river where our adventure begins.
During our excursion, we will get to see each of the seven rappels, waterfalls and a stone toboggan formed by nature over the years. We will end up at the Chipitín cascade, which is about 70 meters high. To finish out our adventure, we will ride back on mules to the village we started out from where we will sit down and enjoy a delicious meal.

The excursion takes about nine hours
We recommend that only people with experience in rappel take this excursion
Much of the technique used is descent rappel.
The total distance covered is about five kilometers.
